GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCOUNTS
1. Introduction
Parties according to these provisions (hereinafter called ”Terms and Conditions”) are Taxi Göteborg Economic Association (hereinafter called ”Taxi Göteborg”) and the Account holder, a natural or legal person. The Account holder is solely responsible for the account. Taxi Göteborg’s goal is that all transport assignments for the Account holder is performed with the highest quality and service.
2. Description of Service
Utilization of the account occurs through the use of a customer number and/or through Taxi Göteborg’s application for Iphone/Android/Web (hereinafter called the ”Service”). The Service is a form of credit whereby the Account holder receives a customer number to be supplied when booking and/or user information to be used when utilizing the Service through any of Taxi Göteborg’s applications. The Service is not a personal means of payment, therefore, with the Account holder's permission; several people may use the same account.
3. Description and applying for an account
Taxi Göteborg provides three different types of accounts: Taxikonto Privat (for private clients), Familjekonto (for families) and Företagskonto (for corporate customers).
The Account holder, who by Taxi Göteborg is assessed suitable as a credit customer, is entitled to make use of the account by using the Service.
At the suitability assessment Taxi Göteborg makes a customary credit check, for example by gathering credit information on the applicant Account holder. In connection therewith Taxi Göteborg may restrict the credit limit for the Account holder.
The Account holder, if a private individual, must be 18 years of age when applying.
4. Validity
The right to utilizing the account through the use of the Service is valid until further notice or for an agreed period of time. The Account holder may terminate the account by contacting Taxi Göteborg.
5. Use of Service
The Service is used as means of payment for taxi fares and/or other taxi services. The Service may only be used for transportation by hauliers affiliated to Taxi Göteborg. When booking taxi fares and other taxi services with Taxi Göteborg the Account holder, or the person whom the Account holder has granted permission to use the account, shall through the Service log in with user information alternatively supply customer number or name to Taxi Göteborg, and approve the purchase with his or her signature on the receipt. The Account holder, or the person the Account holder has granted permission to use the account through the Service, is on request obliged to present approved identity document at the time of payment.
6. Liability
The user information and customer number shall be stored in a secure manner. They may not be spread in a way that could make them fall into the wrong hands.
The Account holder commits to observe and require others using the service to comply with the Terms and Conditions. The account holder is responsible for all users of the Service following the Terms and Conditions, which means that the Account holder alone has the complete liability for all amounts charged to the account by using the Service, as well as where appropriate, for interest and collection costs.
If the provisions of the Terms and Conditions are not followed, Taxi Göteborg is entitled to block the account, including user information and customer number. Is there debt remaining at the time of blocking the account, the Account holder's liability remains until the debt is paid in full.
7. Unauthorized use
Unauthorized use of the Service shall be reported immediately to Taxi Göteborg by phoning 031-650000 around the clock, or by a different phone number, which Taxi Göteborg may notify later. The Account holder is also liable to pay amounts charged to the account by unauthorized use of the Service. When Taxi Göteborg has received the notification of the revocation of the account, the Account holder is not liable for such amounts then charged to the account through unauthorized use, unless the Account holder or the person the Account holder has granted permission to use the account through the Service has acted fraudulently.
8. Invoicing and payment
Taxi Göteborg will invoice the Account holder the current account balance monthly, or by another (longer) time interval that has been agreed in writing between Taxi Göteborg and the Account holder. Taxi Göteborg must receive payment in full no later than the due date stated on the invoice. The Account holder is liable for all account debt incurred on the account by using the Service plus any interest, fees and expenses charged to the account. If payment is delayed, interest on the due amount is charged from the first day of delay, interest rate according to § 6 1 p in the Interest Act (räntelagen).
9. Complaints regarding goods and services
Complaints regarding performed transport shall be made promptly to Taxi Göteborg. Complaints regarding error on invoice shall be made in writing within 15 days from the invoice date.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Taxi Göteborg has the right to amend the provisions in the Terms and Conditions without the prior consent of the Account holder. Such amendment shall take effect one month after Taxi Göteborg sends a notice of the change. If the Account holder does not approve of the change, the Account holder shall terminate the account, in writing. By continued use of the Service, the Account holder is considered to have accepted the change.
11. Account duration and termination
The account is valid until further notice. The Account holder has the right to terminate the account at any time. Notwithstanding what is otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions, Taxi Göteborg reserves the right to terminate the account with immediate effect if:
● the Account holder, or the person granted permission by the Account holder to use the Service, fails to perform their obligations stated in the Terms and Conditions,
● the Account holder suspends payments, is declared bankrupt or is otherwise
deemed to be insolvent,
● Taxi Göteborg has good reason to fear that the Account holder will not
fulfill its payment obligations or if the Account holder or the person granted permission by the Account holder to use the Service is abusing the Service.
Upon termination account liabilities are due for immediate payment in full.
12. Blocking registry
Registration in a blocking registry may be made in cases where the account is terminated due to abuse or if the Account holder has neglected its obligation to pay.
13. Disclaimer
Taxi Göteborg is not responsible for use of the account by unauthorized persons. Taxi Göteborg is not responsible for damages due to legislation, government action, war, strikes,
lockouts, boycotts, blockades, exceptional staff shortage, shortage of raw materials (energy or fuel), unaccustomed harsh weather, accident, burglary, theft, unforeseeable machine damage, disturbance of operations or other circumstances beyond Taxi Göteborg’s control.
Taxi Göteborg is in no case liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit, loss of production or third party damage. Taxi Göteborg is not liable in other cases to compensate damage as long as Taxi Göteborg has acted with due care. All vehicles affiliated to Taxi Göteborg are to the proper extent insured against injury to passengers and damage to their property.
14. Change of name etc.
Changes of name, address, corporate form or such is your responsible for. You do your changes at the homepage - "My page"
15. Pricing
Current prices and discounts are stated on the Taxi Göteborg web site, or in a separate agreement between Taxi Göteborg and the Account holder. Taxi Göteborg reserves the right to change prices and discount conditions. Such amendments take effect one month after Taxi Göteborg has sent a written notice of the change. If the Account holder does not approve of the change, the Account holder shall terminate the account, in writing.
16. Personal data processing
In order to fulfill the obligations stated in Terms and Conditions, Taxi Göteborg needs to handle information about the Account holder. This information may in some cases be viewed as personal data under theGeneral data protection regulation (GDPR).
Taxi Göteborg is the data controller for Personal data the Account holder supplies in connection with using the Service.
The Account holder has the right to inspect the data registered
about the Account holder. Should data be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, the Account holder has the right to request correction. In such cases, the account holder may contact Taxi Göteborg by phone or email.

17. Transfer
The Account holder must not, wholly or partially, transfer or assign its rights or obligations stated in this agreement without written consent from Taxi Göteborg.
18. Disputes
Disputes in relation to this agreement shall be settled in public court, with Gothenburg
District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt) as the first instance.
